Hard to get through on the phone.

Telephone system gets very overloaded & takes a lot of patience & time to get through to reception

I have found the staff doctors and everyone at the surgery very helpful. I feel listened to. I can usually get an appointment or telephone consultation when I need it.

I don't think you can do anything any better. As a GP practice you are under pressure and I am very happy with the service provided.

Both my wife and I have needed a doctor for treatment and on those occasions we have always managed to see someone quickly. One of our better decisions we made on moving to the area was to join Bersted Green surgery.

It is not easy to get blood tests or to see the diabetic nurse. Both departments need to be expanded. Very rarely can we see the diabetic nurse, it is just a quick chat on the phone and have to wait weeks for that. Recent blood tests required by my wife and I and had to go to the war memorial hospital for as the wait at the surgery was too long.
